Purchasing Coins
Access Buy Coins Page
Click "Buy Coins" in the navigation menu or from your dashboard.
Select Package
Choose from the predefined packages or enter a custom amount in EUR.
Complete Payment
Follow the payment process to complete your coin purchase.
Coins Added
Your coins will be added to your account balance immediately after payment.
Daily Costs
Here's how much each service costs per day:
- Minecraft Server: 5 coins per day
- Node.js Server: 5 coins per day
- Valheim Server: 10 coins per day
- Web Hosting: Varies by plan
- Free Plans: 0 coins (requires manual renewal every 12 hours)

Our free plans offer a no-cost alternative for users who want to try our services or have small projects:
- No cost: They don't consume coins or require payment
- Manual renewal: You must manually renew every 12 hours
- Server limit: Maximum of 3 free servers per account
Contracts & Server Lifecycle
Understanding how server contracts work and the server lifecycle process.
Contract Status Types
Running Active Contract
Your server is active, consuming coins daily (for paid plans) or requiring manual renewal (for free plans), and available to players.
Suspended Cancelled Contract
You've cancelled the server. It's no longer accessible and not consuming coins, but data is preserved.
Deleted Automatic Cleanup
After a few days, suspended servers are automatically deleted to free up resources.
Cancelling a Server
Access Contracts
Navigate to the "Contracts" page from the main menu to view all your active services.
Find Your Server
Locate the server you want to cancel in your contracts list.
Click Cancel
Click the "Cancel" button for the server you want to stop.
Confirm Cancellation
Confirm your decision. The server will be immediately suspended and stop consuming coins.
Reactivating a Suspended Server
If you've cancelled a server but want to reactivate it before automatic deletion:
- Go to your Contracts page
- Find the suspended server
- Click "Reactivate" if available
- The server will resume normal operation and coin consumption
Free Plans (0€)
GreatHost offers free plans with the following features:
- Manual renewal: Free servers require manual renewal every 12 hours
- Maximum accumulated time: You can accumulate up to 5 days (120 hours) of time
- Server limit: Maximum of 3 free servers per account
- No cost: They don't consume coins from your account
Manual Renewal Process
Access Contract Details
From the Contracts page, click on your free server to view the details.
Check Accumulated Time
Verify how much time you have accumulated. Remember that the maximum is 5 days (120 hours).
Click "Renew +12 hours"
Use the green renewal button to add 12 additional hours to your server.
Wait for Cooldown Period
After renewing, you'll need to wait 30 minutes before you can renew again.

Submit your ticket and wait for a response from our support team.

- Steps to Reproduce: What actions led to the problem
- Timeline: When the issue started occurring
- Screenshots: Visual evidence of the problem if relevant

Viewing Your Balance
Your current coin balance is always visible in the navigation bar when logged in. You can also see detailed transaction history on your dashboard.
Managing Contracts
The Contracts page shows all your active and cancelled services with their current status, daily costs, and available actions.

Common Questions
What happens when I run out of coins?
When your coin balance reaches zero, your servers will be automatically suspended within 24 hours. They'll remain in suspended state for 7 days before being permanently deleted.
Can I get a refund?
Refund policies vary depending on your purchase. Please contact support for specific refund requests.
How quickly do my coins get consumed?
Coins are consumed based on your server's plan and resources. You can see the daily cost on your contract details page.
Can I transfer coins between accounts?
Currently, coin transfers between accounts are not supported.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and select regional payment methods. Available payment options will be shown during checkout.
How long will my cancelled server remain suspended?
Cancelled servers remain in suspended state for 7 days before being permanently deleted.
Why do free servers require manual renewal?
Free servers require manual renewal to ensure that resources are only used by active users. This system allows us to offer completely free servers while maintaining efficient use of system resources.
What happens if I forget to renew my free server?
If you don't renew your free server before the accumulated time expires, it will be automatically suspended. It will remain in suspended state for 7 days before being permanently deleted, just like paid servers.
Can I convert a free server to a paid one?
Currently it is not possible to directly convert a free server to a paid one. You will need to create a new server with a paid plan and manually migrate your data.
